Our Sabancı University EDU International Programs Team met with institutions and stakeholders from various sectors in Azerbaijan last week, in line with our regional growth targets. Meetings were held with various institutions, primarily Pasha Holding, KapitalBank, ABB Bank, AZCON Holding, Asan Innovatif, and Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
During the visit, discussions were held to develop existing collaborations. New program designs, joint projects, and long-term strategic partnership opportunities were also evaluated.
In particular, short-term and high-impact leadership programs, soft skill development solutions for managers, training on artificial intelligence and digital transformation, and hybrid learning models that can be customized for institutions were among the prominent topics discussed.
In contacts with representatives from the public, finance, aviation, industry, and academic ecosystems, comprehensive assessments were made on women's leadership, data-driven management approaches, digitalization in human resources, and sector-specific development needs. The importance of decision-making dynamics in the region, a culture of trust-based cooperation, and a strong reference structure were also important outcomes of these meetings.

During the visit, discussions focused on research-oriented education models, industry integration, and international program development opportunities with academic institutions; while on the public sector side, views were exchanged regarding programs that could reach a wide audience and their potential for media visibility.
Sabancı University EDU continues to work with the goal of developing learning experiences that create value on an international scale and sustainably growing our regional collaborations.
